Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy

Refunds & Cancellations
All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket is booked, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged, except in the case of event cancellation.

Event Cancellation
If the event is canceled by the organizer, you will be eligible for a full refund. We will notify you as soon as possible in the event of cancellation, and provide instructions on how to claim your refund.

No Refunds for Other Reasons
Tickets are non-refundable in all other circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of plans or inability to attend the event
• Incorrect booking or accidental purchase
